 日によって寒暖の差が激しいですね。私は花粉症だか風邪だかよくわからない感じの体調です。今年の関東地方は昨年よりスギ花粉の飛散量が多いそうで、5月の連休ぐらいまではこんな日々が続くのでしょう。 今回の画像は引き続きイワトビペンギンその後です。前回の画像の左側の子が「クワーッ」と捨て台詞を吐いています。どうも怒りは鎮まらなかったようです。なにが気に入らなかったのでしょうか。左側の子はもう相手にするのはやめたのでしょう。静かにたっています。 よく訪問先の企業様でメンタルヘルスセミナー等にて人前で話をする機会も多いのです。セミナー等だと聴衆の反応を感じながら話をいたしますが、聴衆の反応がいいとすごく話しやすいものです。話の相方が必要な昼間のAMラジオのパーソナリティーと同じですね。反応がわからないまま長時間話すのはつらいものです。話に対しての反応が良い悪いは各事業所の雰囲気がすごく影響します。疲れきっている職場、言いたいことが言いにくい職場だと反応がこちらに伝わってこないことが多いようです。まあ当然といえば当然ですが、「めちゃ忙しいときに聞かされてもね。」となるのは人々の当然の反応です。 当日セミナーに参加できなかった社員さんのためにビデオ録画することもあります。自分のセミナーのビデオを見るのは自分には非常にためになります。というよりは面白いです。「あっ、またこんなくだらないこと言ってる。」とか「このたとえ、意味わかんね。」みたいな。次回話すときはこの点に注意しようとかいろいろ考えると、確実に自身の表現力のスキルアップにつながると信じております。日々精進なのでした。 |
