 今日は2月22日、いわゆる猫の日です。外へ行っても東京地方は寒い曇りの日で、しかも東京マラソン。道路も封鎖されていて、車の通行量も少なかったです。不思議なもので道路が封鎖されているだけで、近所へもあまり外出する気分になりません。 今回の画像は前回の続きです。右側のペンギンがついに反撃に出ました。胸が汚れているのでわかりやすいです。右のひれに氷がついているのが寒そうですね。この後もありますので、また画像アップします。前回の画像からカメラを変えています。画質がよくなっていることにお気づきの方もいらっしゃるかもしれません。単焦点のいわゆるコンデジで撮っています。レンズがひっこまないから、全然コンパクトじゃないけどコンデジです。 平成26年12月9日に厚労省より平成25年「国民健康・栄養調査」の結果について発表がありました。身体状況に関する 状況では肥満者の割合について女性は減少傾向にあり、男性は平成23年以降、増加に歯止めがかかり、血圧の平均値は男女ともに低下傾向にあるとのこと。肥満者の抑制が男女ともに認められるのはよいのですが、食事のバランスは勤労層はいまひとつのようです。３食ともに、穀類、魚介類・肉類・卵・大豆(大豆製品)、野菜を組み合わせて食べている者の割合は、男女ともに年齢が若いほど低い傾向です。 食事量が少ない人はバランスをとるのが難しいです。昼食を春雨スープとおにぎり1つなんて方もおられるでしょう。若い女性は食事量が少ない方も多いのか、30-39歳女性が一番バランスの悪い食生活の方が多いという結果になっています。 1回の食事量が少ない場合は、1日でバランスをとることを考えたほうが良いのでしょうけどいつ何を食べたか覚えているのは難しいです。またそのときそのときで食べたいものが変わります。可能な範囲でバランスを考えるしかないのでしょう。 |
